Refund Policy

At Duo Milia Design, we are committed to delivering a refined and personalised experience to each of our clients. Our design services are bespoke, tailored to individual needs and spaces, and reflect thoughtful attention to detail and craftsmanship. As such, we want to be transparent about our refund practices.

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any services or booking consultations through our website.

Bespoke Services

Due to the custom nature of our interior design services, we do not offer refunds on completed work or services already delivered.

This includes:

  • Design consultations

  • Mood boards or concept presentations

  • Floor plans or technical drawings

  • Design packages or ongoing design support

Once work has begun, significant time, expertise, and creative planning are invested, which cannot be reclaimed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked consultation or service:

  • You may cancel up to 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund or reschedule without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment are non-refundable, but we will do our best to offer a new appointment time, subject to availability.

Deposits & Retainers

Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit or retainer to secure your project. These are clearly outlined before payment is taken and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Changes to Project Scope

If your project needs to be paused, revised, or cancelled after work has begun, we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis. Where applicable, partial refunds may be considered, depending on the stage of the project and the work completed to date.

Please note that Duo Milia Design reserves the right to deduct costs for time spent, resources used, and any third-party fees incurred.

Digital Products or Downloads

If Duo Milia Design offers digital templates, guides, or other downloadable content in future, please note these products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Fault or Error

In the unlikely event of an error on our part (e.g., incorrect deliverables), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the service. We will assess and, where appropriate, offer a revision or suitable resolution.
